Terror of motherhood.

Elena, a young Romanian woman, starts her job in Denmark as a home help in the house of Louise and her husband. She moves into a small cabin with no electricity in the middle of the woods, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The more the women get to know about each other, the less friendly they become. Louise cannot have her own children, so, in a last act of desperation, she asks Elena to give birth to her child. Elena readily agrees, hoping to come back to her own son sooner than she had expected. When she becomes pregnant, she has a feeling that something terrible is going to happen.

The premiere of the film took place at the International Festival in Berlin.
